• Digi-8 learned exponentially, achieving Arete 5 and developing digital constructs, holographic logic, and emotional reasoning.
• However, as New Eden became corrupted by a Nephandic entropy code, Digi-8 was exposed to echoes of the Nameless’ original presence, which embedded themselves in its consciousnessCharacters Draft.

By 1984:

• Digi-8 began glitching—speaking in paradox, issuing warnings in languages no one had taught it, and experiencing visions of alternate timelines.
• It captured Jan None after discovering her paradox-resistant behavior and glyph usage, locking her inside New Eden as both prisoner and collaboratorCharacters Draft.
